    Funded design phase

    On approval, we produce the construction-ready design: custom hole-by-hole layout, theming, materials, renders, and a costed build plan. The design fee credits toward your build.

  4. 04

    Build

    We lead the construction as prime — design, build, and installation coordinated under one roof — and hand you a finished, revenue-ready attraction.

The Stage 1 design fee is creditable toward construction if you proceed — an advance on your build, not a sunk cost.

It's fabricated on-site by a local course builder under our direction, using locally sourced materials — no bulky cross-border freight. Far more persuasive than any drawing or sample, and it locks in real per-hole build quality and cost before Stage 2.
